Miles and Qualifying Points Program
- The accumulation of LATAM Pass miles and Qualifying Points is based on the fare of the eSIM purchased through LATAM.com, via the URL to which customers will be redirected upon selecting the “eSIM” tab.
- The accumulation corresponds to three (3) LATAM Pass miles per USD $1 spent and six (6) Qualifying Points per USD $1 spent, applicable exclusively to purchases made on the website https://latam.gigs.com/or-en, to which customers will be redirected upon selecting the “eSIM” tab.
- Your LATAM Pass membership number must be entered at the time of purchasing the eSIM. If you are not yet registered in the LATAM Pass program, you may do so at https://www.latamairlines.com/us/en/registration
- Only members or customers who are part of the LATAM Pass program and who enter their membership number at the time of booking are eligible to accumulate LATAM Pass miles and Qualifying Points. Customers who enroll in the program after the purchase date may not request LATAM Pass miles or Qualifying Points retroactively.
- Miles and Qualifying Points will be accumulated only if the purchase is made through LATAM.com.
- To ensure the crediting of Miles and Qualifying Points, the LATAM Pass customer number entered at the time of purchase must belong to the reservation holder. If the number does not match, Miles and Qualifying Points will not be credited.
- Miles and Qualifying Points will be credited to the account within up to seven (7) calendar days, counted from the eSIM purchase date.
- Qualifying Points will be valid for the calendar year in which the eSIM purchase was made; therefore, they will be considered for the Elite Category requalification in LATAM Pass for the following year.
- LATAM Pass members who purchase an eSIM from a LATAM Airlines website of a market different from the one where they are registered in the frequent flyer program will receive the LATAM Pass Miles and Qualifying Points corresponding to the country of their LATAM Pass account. For example, if a customer is registered as a LATAM Pass member in Chile but purchases the eSIM on the LATAM Airlines Brazil website, they will accrue the LATAM Pass Miles and Qualifying Points corresponding to Chile (provided the purchase is completed on the LATAM Airlines Chile website).
