LATAM Pass Miles and Qualifying Points Gigs

• LATAM Pass Miles and Qualifying Points will be earned based on the fare of the eSIM purchased
  through LATAM.com, at the URL to which customers will be redirected when selecting the “eSIM”
  tab.
• Members will earn three (3) LATAM Pass Miles for every USD 1 spent and six (6) Qualifying Points
  for every USD 1 spent, exclusively when purchasing through https://latam.gigs.com/or-en, to
  which customers will be redirected when selecting the “eSIM” tab.
• The customer’s LATAM Pass membership number must be entered when purchasing the eSIM. If the
  customer has not yet enrolled in the LATAM Pass program, they may do so at
  https://www.latamairlines.com/uy/en/registration.
• Only Members or customers enrolled in the LATAM Pass program who enter their membership
  number when purchasing the eSIM may earn LATAM Pass Miles and Qualifying Points. Customers
  who enroll in the LATAM Pass program after the purchase date may not request LATAM Pass Miles
  or Qualifying Points retroactively.
• LATAM Pass Miles and Qualifying Points will only be earned if the purchase is made through
  LATAMAirlines.com.
• In order for the LATAM Pass Miles and Qualifying Points to be credited to the customer’s LATAM
  Pass account, the LATAM Pass membership number entered during the eSIM purchase process must
  correspond to the name of the purchaser.
• The maximum earning limit is 30,000 Qualifying Points and 15,000 LATAM Pass Miles per
  reservation. This limit will apply to all purchases with a sale date on or after January 1, 2027.
• The maximum annual earning limit for LATAM Ground Services is 50,000 Qualifying Points per
  calendar year. This limit will apply as of January 1, 2027, to purchases made on or after October
  1, 2026.
• “Ground Services” means exclusively accommodation, travel assistance, car rental, transfer,
  activity and eSIM services marketed by LATAM.
• The maximum number of reservations per membership number associated with Ground Services is
  fifty (50) reservations per calendar year. This limit will apply as of January 1, 2027.
• LATAM Pass Miles and Qualifying Points will be credited to the customer’s account within up to
  seven (7) calendar days from the eSIM sale date.
• Qualifying Points will be valid for the year in which the eSIM purchase was made. Accordingly,
  they will be taken into consideration for LATAM Pass Elite Category requalification for the
  following year.
• LATAM Pass Members who purchase an eSIM through the LATAM Airlines website of a market other
  than the one in which they are enrolled in the frequent flyer program will receive the LATAM Pass
  Miles and Qualifying Points corresponding to the country associated with their LATAM Pass account.
  For example, if the customer is enrolled as a LATAM Pass Member in the U.S. and purchases the
  eSIM through the LATAM Airlines Brazil website, they will earn the LATAM Pass Miles and Qualifying
  Points applicable to the U.S. The purchase must be made through the LATAM Airlines U.S. website.
